NIB hosts Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce Meeting

In preparation for the July 1, 2024 contribution rates increase, the National Insurance Board (NIB) collaborated with the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce, and hosted their monthly business meeting on May 29, 2024 at the Pelican Bay Hotel. Dr. Tami Francis, Deputy Director of Operations; Trevor Brice, Senior Manager of Compliance; and Jayson Moxey, Consultant to NIB presented on the changes scheduled to take effect , and led insightful discussions on the matters that were important to the Grand Bahama business community. Members from the Employer Self Service (ESS) team were also present to give live demos, explain the benefits of the ESS Portal, and sign employers up on site.
